I listen, challenge, and support.
I am an experienced counselor committed to helping college students, young adults, parents, and professionals overcome worry, sadness, and unrelenting stress and overwhelm.
My approach is personalized and collaborative, adjusting the depth of therapy to what feels right for the personality, values, and goals of each unique client.
I use evidence-based approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), EMDR, and IFS (or "parts work") to help the client regain control over their life.
I believe anxiety and depression aren’t just “in your head.” They often involve the nervous system and how your mind and body have learned to respond to stress over time. In therapy, we work to calm these responses, make sense of what’s been stuck, and support meaningful, lasting change.
If you think I could be a good fit, I encourage you to reach out via phone or email today. I'm glad you're here, and I look forward to the opportunity to know you.
